Freddy Van Ruyskensvelde started to work in the kitchen at the young age of 14. He got his experience from many restaurants such as “Carlton”, “Restaurant des Beaux-Arts”, “Brussels Hotel”, “Villa Lorraine” and “Pimm’s Grill”. In 1979 he and his brother decided to open their own restaurant wich they named “Restaurant JB”. Since 1987 Freddy manages the restaurant together with his two sons.More
